Stevens County Hospital is currently hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00) position of Case Manager/UR/Discharge Planner, to work within the Med/Surg Nursing Department. This RN must have a strong clinical background and be motivated to learn the additional requirements of this position, including but not limited to, federal, state, and payor regulations, as well as correlating charges to medical orders and swingbed coordination. Providing social service resources will be an important part of the patient/family interactions required of this nurse. Social Service Designee certification will be provided by the hospital if not current, as it will be required. This employee must communicate successfully between departments and with providers on a continual basis. Computer skills and EMR experience are required. Stevens County Hospital is currently looking to hire full-time Dietary Aide to work within our facility. This candidate will provide quality nutritional care. They should also follow healthcare food service industry standards, regulations, guidelines and procedures including monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage processes. Pay is dependent upon experience.
