I had been sick for a week, had a day off, so I went to the clinic. I had no appointment. The office staff got me an appointment at 1:15 pm that day. Dr. Sam decided I was pretty darn sick with strep or pneumonia and a heart rate up high. He sent me for labs, x-rays, swabs, bloodwork, and a liquid IV drip. I hadn't eaten all day and it was 4:10 pm. They informed me I'd be there four more hours. I told the nurse I was hungry and she had an orderly bring me a turkey sammich, pudding, and unsweetened tea!!!!
Thank y'all so much for being so caring
and professional.
