Departments
CEO-
Linda Stalcup is the Chief Executive Officer. She oversees the function of all hospital departments and services in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Board of Directors.
CFO-
Dave Piper is the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all budgeting and preparation of financial statements, ensuring that all resources are allocated with integrity.
Volunteers
The Women’s Auxiliary volunteers are an important part of our caring team. They perform an array of valuable services for our facility, as well as for our community through their scholarship program. Judy Persinger is the Women’s Auxiliary President, please contact her or the front desk if you are interested in becoming a volunteer.
Gift Shop
The volunteers maintain and staff our unique gift shop, which is located just inside the front door of the hospital. Gift shop hours are 9:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The volunteers also assist outpatients and visitors in locating services and patient rooms, and they deliver flowers, packages and other gifts.
Business Office
Skilled office personnel manage billing and insurance payments. Both inpatient and outpatient registration is handled through the business office. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Case Management
An RN Case Manager and a social service designee coordinate the patient’s plan of care between the patient, physicians, and other hospital services involved with each individual treatment plan to maximize care and communication between services.
Health Information Management
Patient records are maintained in a highly confidential manner. The staff ensures that each record meets licensing and accrediting requirements through proper coding for classification and reimbursement according to payment structure.
Environmental Services
Our hospital housekeeping staff maintains an impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital and clinic to ensure a healthy, welcoming and well-kept facility.
Human Resources
All employee benefits including retirement accounts, insurance benefits and general personnel policy are managed in this office. In addition, all employment openings are coordinated through Human Resources.
Maintenance
Our facility’s heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services continue to run smoothly, as our maintenance department works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure safe, efficient and comfortable operation of our hospital.
Materials Management
All purchasing and distribution of supplies for the hospital and clinic are handled efficiently through this department.
Payroll / Accounts Payable
All accounts and employee payroll are paid through this office.
